The ZRT direct drive rotary table offers exceptional performance and requires zero maintenance. This torque motor rotary table comes in two different structures - inner rotor and outer rotor - to cater to a variety of application needs. With diameters ranging from 60mm to 500mm and continuous torque from 10N.m to 6000N.m, there are over a dozen sizes to choose from. The absolute accuracy of the ZRT can reach up to ± 6arc-sec, with repeated positioning accuracy up to ± 1arc-sec. It boasts high precision, rigidity, and low axial radial runout,among other advantages.
The ZRT achieves a remarkable torque density thanks to its long diameter, short length, and numerous magnetic poles. This DDR table motor can serve as a versatile divider, offering programmable fast divisions that surpass the capabilities of traditional mechanical or variable reluctance technology dividers. It can also replace mechanical transmission components like gearboxes, synchronous belts, and rack and gear reducers. Primarily used in automation equipment and CNC machines, the ZRT acts as an essential indexing component.
